This Personal Information Privacy Protection Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") for the software (Popusign)
Popusign respects and protects the personal privacy and information security of all users (hereinafter referred to as "You") who use the product and its subsequent services. Accordingly, this "Personal Information Privacy Protection Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is established to confirm matters related to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal information during your use of the product.
This Privacy Agreement will help you understand the following:

Please read and thoroughly understand this Agreement before using the product. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you should immediately stop using the product. By using the product, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this Personal Information Privacy Protection Agreement.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
1.Before using the application, all users must accept the application’s User/User Policy Terms provided by the developer prior to creating or uploading UGC.
2.Definitions of offensive content and behavior are outlined in the application’s Terms of Use or User Guidelines, which prohibit such content and actions.
1. How the Product Collects Your Personal Information
Your personal information comes from the information you provide to the product and the information collected through your use of platform services:
Information You Provide to the Product
a) Information you provide directly.
b) When using specific products or services (e.g., purchasing product features or membership services), additional information such as your real name, ID number, bank card details, profile picture, and bio may be required to fulfill service delivery. Such information is only necessary if you use these specific services.
c) The app will explicitly notify users of data collection rules via privacy policy pop-ups. After user consent, the app may collect device MAC addresses, installed software lists, etc. This includes:
1.During app foreground operation and SDK usage;
2.During app foreground operation, SDKs or mobile analytics tools may access MAC addresses (via ACCESS_WIFI_STATE);
3.During app foreground operation, SDKs or mobile analytics tools may collect sensor information (via BODY_SENSORS).
d) The app explicitly notifies users of SDK data collection rules, including the purposes, methods, and scope of collecting device MAC addresses, installed software lists, etc. After user consent, SDKs may collect such information, including:
1.During app foreground operation, SDKs or mobile analytics tools may access sensor information (via BODY_SENSORS);
2.During app foreground operation and SDK usage;
3.During app foreground operation, SDKs or mobile analytics tools may access MAC addresses (via ACCESS_WIFI_STATE).
Sensitive Information
Sensitive personal information includes race, religion, health, medical records, etc., which, if leaked, misused, or illegally disclosed, may endanger personal safety, property, reputation, or lead to discrimination. Please exercise caution when voluntarily providing, uploading, or publishing such content.
Basic Information Collected for Service Improvement, to enhance user experience, the following information may be collected:
1.1 Device Information
Device-related information such as device ID, IMEI, device model, third-party SDK names, OS platform, and software version. This helps optimize app performance and ensure users access the latest features.
1.2 Location Information
Geolocation data may be collected to provide localized language settings, scan nearby Bluetooth devices, and facilitate connections. Denying permissions may affect app functionality.
1.3 Log Information
Automatically collected and stored server logs include:
① Device identifiers;
② Network requests, device type, and timestamps;
③ App crash data for troubleshooting.
1.4 Network Information
Network data is used to update app resources.
Purposes of Information Use
A. Geolocation enables localized services and Bluetooth device management.
B. Device logs help resolve crashes and bugs.
C. Network data synchronizes new resources.
D. Third-party SDKs may enhance app functionality and user experience.
E. Internationalization SDKs (e.g., i18n) may collect system language settings for multilingual support.
2. How the Product Uses, Transfers, and Discloses Your Personal Information
2.1 Use of Information
a) The product will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to unrelated third parties without your prior consent, except for third parties collaborating to provide services to you.
b) The product prohibits third parties from collecting, editing, selling, or disseminating your personal information. Violations will result in service termination.
2.2 Transfer and Disclosure
Your personal information may be disclosed under the following circumstances:
a) With your prior consent.
b) To fulfill requested services (e.g., sharing with third-party service providers).
c) For national security, public interest, or legal compliance, including disclosures to authorities in China or other jurisdictions.
d) To protect third-party rights, investigate violations, or address technical or academic issues.
e) To resolve intellectual property disputes between complainants and respondents.
f) To facilitate transactions or dispute resolution between users.
g) Other disclosures required by law or deemed appropriate by the product.
h) Data transfer during corporate restructuring (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales).
2.3 Storage and Exchange
Your information may be stored on servers within or outside your country, accessible globally.

a) Cookies may be used to personalize services (e.g., login features).
b) You may disable cookies via browser settings, but this may limit functionality.
c) Cookie data is governed by this Agreement.
3. Managing or Deleting Your Personal Information
You may access, modify, or delete uploaded content (e.g., images) within the system. Withdrawing consent may affect service availability.
4. Minors’ Personal Information
Users under 18 must obtain parental/guardian consent before using the product or providing information.
5. Storage of Personal Information
All collected information is stored on servers within the People’s Republic of China by default.
6. Security Measures
Industry-standard safeguards protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information. We do not share your data without consent. Report breaches immediately via contact methods below.
7. Revisions to the Privacy Agreement
This Agreement may be revised periodically. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by Chinese law (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Disputes shall be resolved through:

b) Litigation in the jurisdiction of the agreement’s signing location.
Final Reminder
By using this product, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Agreement, which form a legally binding contract between you and Popusign.
